On January 22, 2019, Japan Promotion Meeting of Global Health Forum of Boao Forum for Asia was held at Hotel Okura in Tokyo, Japan. Organized by Boao Forum for Asia, the promotion meeting was attended by Mr. Li Baodong, Secretary-General of Boao Forum for Asia, Ms. Margaret Chan, President of the Global Health Forum and Honorary Director-General of the World Health Organization, Mr. Cheng Yonghua, Chinese Ambassador to Japan, and leaders of relevant departments of Qingdao City, Shandong Province. About 200 representatives from Japanese local pharmaceutical and health-related enterprises, Chinese institutions in Japan and Japanese and Chinese media attended it.
