Finally, she invited the delegation of Shenyang Municipal Government to participate in the 3rd Forum and Expo to fully demonstrate the achievements in the field of health and wellness by Shenyang.

Professor Wang Yu, expert advisor of the Forum, said that the Forum, as a platform for the integration of government and business in the field of health, was dedicated to promoting the local economy and expediting the replacement of old growth drivers with new ones. He hoped that the two sides would take advantage of the international platform of the conference and the resources of the local government to build a new highland for the development of health industry in Northeast Asia and a "window" for the development of high technology in the big health industry with Shenyang as a model city; meanwhile, they would promote investment projects and further implement the national strategy of revitalization of Northeast China.
Wang Bin, member of the Standing Committee of Heping District Committee and Vice Director of Heping District, highly recognized the concept of "health beyond health" and the achievements of the conference, and said that the forum is linked to plenty of international and domestic health resources, which can help build the brand of "Healthy Shenyang". He hoped to build a "4+1" industrial system, form a "health+" industrial ecological chain, and promote the health industry and projects in Shenyang in the form of life and health industrial park, relying on the industrial, human resource advantages of Heping District and Shenyang City.

Representatives from Shenyang Municipal Commerce Bureau said that the successful experience in organizing Global Health Forum in Qingdao served as a useful reference for the development of Shenyang's health industry, and the Bureau would fully support the forum and actively promote the joint development of the forum and Shenyang to extend city influence in the field of big health.

In his concluding remarks, Deputy Secretary General Chen Jiabiao said that Boao Forum for Asia was an open and high-end platform, while the Global Health Forum was an eternal theme with unlimited potential. He emphasized that it should be closely combined with people's health needs and regional development planning to promote the big health industry in Heping District and Shenyang City; Shenyang Municipal Government would promote the in-depth cooperation between Heping District and Global Health Forum in the conference and health industry, explore the potential of Northeast Asia's opening-up and cooperation, and serve the national strategy. At the same time, he said, Shenyang would be heavily involved in the third forum and expo and create a new city image of Shenyang.
