On March 3, 2021, a signing ceremony was held between the Organizing Committee of Global Health Forum of Boao Forum for Asia and Beijing Huatong Guokang Foundation which became the partner of the second forum. Luo Xiaoqin, Deputy Director of the Organizing Committee of Global Health Forum, and Chen Ran, Chairman of Beijing Huatong Guokang Foundation, signed the agreement on behalf of both parties.

The two parties will co-host a session on "Public Health and Emergency Medicine" at the second Global Health Forum of Boao Forum for Asia to be held in Qingdao from June 2-4. This session aims to strengthen international cooperation in the field of public health and the exchange of experience in emergency preparedness, and to share the latest and most effective methods of prevention, control and treatment of COVID-19. In addition, the two sides will co-host "Medical Innovation Summit" to strengthen the exchange of new ideas, new technologies and international advanced medicine, share hospital management methods and medical technology innovation concepts, and further promote the exchange of innovative medical technologies.

Besides, in the second Global Health Expo held in the same time, the two sides will jointly hold the events of "Hospital Management Salon" and " Strategic Payment for Health Insurance （closed-door meeting）", inviting senior experts from home and abroad to share their experiences on hospital talent training, discipline construction and hospital management methods. In addition, the problems and solutions related to the strategic payment reform of medical insurance will also be discussed.

As a partner of the second forum, Beijing Huatong Guokang Foundation will work together with the forum to promote the high-quality development of the medical field and make efforts to build a health community for humankind.
