On March 8, 2021, a signing ceremony was held between the Organizing Committee of Global Health Forum of Boao Forum for Asia and Shanghai Pafuluo Stationery Co., Ltd. which became the partner of the second conference, and the brand of which, Picasso, became the official pen of Global Health Forum of Boao Forum for Asia. Luo Xiaoqin, Deputy Director of the Organizing Committee of Global Health Forum, and Zou Haoyang, CEO of Shanghai Pafuluo Stationery Co., Ltd., signed the agreement on behalf of both parties.
