On April 23, 2021, the Organizing Committee of Global Health Forum of Boao Forum for Asia (BFA) Conference (hereinafter referred to as "the Conference") and Peking University held a signing ceremony for cooperation. Luo Xiaoqin, Deputy Director of the Organizing Committee of Global Health Forum, and Professor Zheng Zhijie, Director of the Department of Global Hygiene of School of Public Health of Peking University, signed the agreement on behalf of both parties.

A youth health brand IP built by both parties has become a popular annual event. The contest will involve in more than 100 universities, hospitals and other related enterprises and institutions, and invite experts from ministries, international organizations, well-known media and top universities at home and abroad as judges to listen to youth voices, promote youth participation in global health and cultivate young leaders in global health. The competition is now open for registration.

The two parties will also hold a Youth Health Salon at the 2nd Global Health Forum of Boao Forum for Asia from June 2 to June 4, 2021. In the form of a speech contest final, the Youth Health Salon will focus on the Youth Participation in Global Health Initiative, bring together young people from around the world at Global Health Forum to discuss and call on youth to adopt a healthy lifestyle and promote youth health, and to shoulder the responsibility of protecting human health.

As a strategic partner of the Conference, Peking University will work together with the Conference to share resources, focus on youth health and promote youth participation. Taking youth health as a leverage, both parties are committed to encouraging the youth to be the disseminator and guardian of "Health beyond Health", and promoting global youth health and health industry.

Jiang Wen, Liu Fangjing, Jin Yinzi and Dong Xuejie from the Department of Global Hygiene of School of Public Health of Peking University, and Niu Lifang, Director of Brand Promotion Department of the Organizing Committee, attended the signing ceremony.
