On the 18th to 22nd September, Zhou Xiaochuan, Vice Chairman of Boao Forum for Asia, attended Singapore Summit 2019. During his visit, H.E. Dr. Zhou Xiaochuan held meetings respectively with Singapore Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong, Singapore Senior Minister Tharman Shanmugaratnam, Singapore Deputy Prime Minister Heng Swee Keat. Vice Chairman Zhou delivered keynote speeches on a number of events under the Summit framework and had in-depth exchanges with principals of various financial institutions of Singapore. Singapore Summit 2019 was co-organized by Temasek, Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and Government of Singapore Investment Corporation (GIC).

On September 19, Vice Chairman Zhou met with Member of BFA Council of Advisors and Singapore Emeritus Senior Minister Goh Chok Tong (Left 2), Singapore Senior Minister Tharman Shanmugaratnam (Right 2) and Managing Director of Monetary Authority of Singapore Ravi Menon (Right 1).

On September 20, Vice Chairman Zhou met with Singapore Deputy Prime Minister Heng Swee Keat in Singapore Ministry of Finance (Left 2).

On September 21, Vice Chairman Zhou delivered keynote speech in “S Rajaratnam Endowment Dialogue” of Singapore Summit.

On September 21, Vice Chairman Zhou met with former World Bank President Robert Zoellick in “Caixin Roundtable Singapore” Closed-door Luncheon.
