A Public Health Emergency of International Concern (PHEIC) is an unusual event as defined by the International Health Regulations (IHR) as follows.

(1) it constitutes a public health risk to other countries through the international spread of the disease

(2) it may require a coordinated international response.

(China Science Communication)

No. 32, January 31, 2020

The WHO's determination of PHEIC means that the risk of global spread of the disease is high and requires a coordinated international response to detect and control outbreaks, and the purpose of the WHO's determination of PHEIC is to determine the level of risk and to alert countries to strengthen precautions and take preventive and control measures recommended by the WHO. However, it does not mean that the country is designated as an infected area and thus quarantined, nor does it mean that international travel and trade restrictions such as stopping flights and blocking travel to and from the country are required.

Patients who have been cured should still pay attention to protection, as well as prevent colds and flu, and strengthen recovery. Initially, you can do appropriate exercises at home, and increase the exercises with the recovery, if not feeling tired, and meanwhile pay attention to psychological guidance. It is necessary to recommend them to see some psychological doctors.
