Recently, Academician Zhong Nanshan's team published a paper in the Journal of Thoracic Disease, "Prediction of COVID-19 outbreak trends in China under public health interventions based on SEIR optimization model and AI”. The study predicts that the COVID-19 outbreak peaks nationwide in late February and tapers off by the end of April.
