On March 24, 2020, a cumulative total of 81,218 confirmed cases has been reported on the Chinese mainland, including 47 imported new cases. There are 4 new deaths and 3 new imported suspected cases.

 

491 COVID-19 patients are discharged from hospitals after recovery, 1215 close contacts were removed from medical observation, and there are 174 severe cases less than the previous day.

 

As of 24:00 of April 24, 2020, 4287 confirmed cases have been reported on the Chinese Mainland (including 1399 severe cases ). The total number of COVID-19 patients discharged from hospitals after recovery reached 73,650 on the Chinese mainland, with the total death toll at 3281. A cumulative total of 81,218 confirmed cases has been reported on the Chinese mainland with 134 suspected cases. There are a total of 693,223 close contacts, and 13,356 close contacts are still under medical observation.

401 COVID-19 patients are discharged from hospitals after recovery, 721 close contacts were removed from medical observation, and there are 164 severe cases less than the previous day.

 

As of 24:00 of March 25, 2020, 3947 confirmed cases have been reported on the Chinese Mainland (including 1235 severe cases ). The total number of COVID-19 patients discharged from hospitals after recovery reached 74,051 on the Chinese mainland, with the total death toll at 3287. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the State Administration of Migration announced today: Starting from 00:00 on the 28th, the entry of foreigners who currently valid visas and residence permits to China will be temporarily suspended. The entry of APEC business travel cards will be also suspended. The policies of visa at ports of entry and 24/72/144-hour visa-free transit will be also suspended. Entry with diplomatic, official, courtesy and C-visa is not affected. Foreigners who come to China to engage in necessary economic, trade, scientific and technological activities, as well as for urgent humanitarian needs, may apply for visas from Chinese embassies and consulates abroad. The entry of foreigners with visas issued after the announcement will not be affected.
