Chairman Ban Ki-moon inspected the new office of the BFA Secretariat on December 11, and met with Secretary General Li Baodong and staff of the Secretariat.

Chairman Ban congratulated the Secretariat on its move to a new and more beautiful office, and expressed his appreciation to the staff for their diligent work and excellent achievements. He also encouraged the Secretariat to work harder for an even greater progress in the new year to come.

Secretary-General Li welcomed Mr. Ban to the Secretariat, and briefed the Chairman on the preparation work for the 2020 BFA Annual Conference, as well as on the initial work plan of the next year. He pledged that the Secretariat will go all out to fulfill the BFA’s development tasks and goals, under the strong leadership of the Board of Directors headed by Chairman Ban.

Chairman Ban also visited the office of the Secretariat and had exchanges with the staff.
