On January 17, Victoria Kellett, First Secretary of the Canadian Embassy and her delegation visited the Organizing Committee, and Xie Jingdan, Director of Business Cooperation Department of the Organizing Committee, welcomed them.
The organizing committee introduced to the Canadian Embassy the preparatory word of the second forum, as well as the purpose and aim of the forum to serve the national strategy, national industry, and the participating enterprises and organizations, in order to promote innovation and integration, and achieve the goal of health for all.
The Canadian Embassy expressed its willingness to participate in the second forum by inviting Canadian Minister of Health, and Canadian companies to participate in the exhibition and roadshow, organizing one-on-one meetings with companies and participating in the sub-forum. At the same time, the Embassy invited the organizing committee to participate in the Pharmaceutical Innovation Week in Quebec, Canada in 2020, where the conference will be strongly promoted.
During the meeting, both sides focused on the in-depth participation in the second forum and had a thorough discussion. Both expressed that they would keep close communication and hope to establish an in-depth cooperation for the second forum quickly.
