On November 7, 2020, a signing ceremony was held between the Organizing Committee of Global Health Forum (GHF) of Boao Forum for Asia and Frost & Sullivan (Sullivan) for the strategic cooperation of the 2nd GHF at Shanghai Wheelock Square.
Dr. Wang Xin, Global Partner and President of Sullivan Greater China, and Wang Chenhui, Managing Partner and Managing Director of Sullivan Greater China, were present and welcomed Luo Xiaoqin, Deputy Director of GHF Organizing Committee and President of Beijing Huaxia Hongli Health Technology and Research Co., Ltd. and her delegation. Zhang Ming, Partner and Legal Director of Sullivan Greater China, Xie Jingdan, Director of Business Cooperation Department, and Gu Xiaoyan, Director of Government Affairs Department of GHF Organizing Committee, also attended the signing ceremony.
Both parties signed the "Strategic Cooperation Agreement for the 2nd Global Health Forum of Boao Forum for Asia" and exchanged views on the in-depth cooperation before, during and after the 2nd Conference. Both parties agreed to give full play to the advantages of resources of each party to promote the development of health industry and make GHF an industry event with international influence.
Initiated by Boao Forum for Asia in 2018, Global Health Forum of Boao Forum for Asia is an international exchange platform with wide representativeness and authority in the field of health for high-end dialogue and practical cooperation, combining government, business, industry, academia and research. The Forum is hosted by Boao Forum for Asia and Shandong Provincial Government, and organized by the Organizing Committee of Global Health Forum of Boao Forum for Asia and Qingdao Municipal Government. The first Forum was held in Qingdao, Shandong Province in June 2019, attracting 2,640 participants including dignitaries, experts and scholars, industry organizations, business representatives and media representatives from 55 countries and regions.
The second GHF will be held in Qingdao, Shandong Province in June 2021, and welcome all to participate in the exchange, so as to achieve universal health coverage for the benefit of mankind.
