Grand Opening

The Expo of Global Health Forum of Boao Forum for Asia was grandly opened in Qingdao Cosmopolitan Exposition on June 10, 2019. BFA Secretary-General Li Baodong, Vice Governor of Shandong Province Sun Jiye, former New Zealand Prime Minister Jenny Shipley delivered speeches at the opening ceremony. President of the Global Health Forum of Boao Forum for Asia Margaret Chan, and Mayor of Qingdao Meng Fanli attended the opening ceremony.  Deputy Mayor of Qingdao Xue Qingguo presided over the opening ceremony. More than 400 people attended the opening ceremony, including representatives of WHO and other international organizations, heads of relevant departments in Shandong and Qingdao, representatives of participating enterprises and media reporters.

On the 20,000 square meters of exhibition area, Yili, iKang, Ciming Checkup, Haier, Tencent, IFLYTEK, PKU Healthcare, HongCi Healthcare, Dr Lotus AI, and Angecon and more than 200 well-known enterprises and organizations at home and abroad made a concentrated show on the concept, technologies and achievements of Internet Medical, AI, 5G telemedicine, cutting-edge medicine, advanced equipment, biotechnology, smart health, social security and big health management, healthcare for the aged, public service and other health fields, fuelling positive energy for the construction of "Healthy China".

Yili Group, the leader of healthy life products, showcased its world-class dairy products and the health concept of "life needs nourishment".

Tencent Smart Medicine, representative of Internet Medical brought its one-stop ecological solution to empower the pharmaceutical industry and promote the industry intellectual upgrading, benefiting both the doctors and patients.

iKang, Ciming Checkup and other health medical institutions in the broad health field comprehensively showcased the latest products on in-depth checkup, private doctors, and green medical treatment.

Biolake, as the icon of in-depth integration of capital and industry, demonstrated the philosophy and "path” of the digital development of health care to the public.
