On March 3, 2021, a signing ceremony was held between the Organizing Committee of Global Health Forum of Boao Forum for Asia and Shanghai Tuoxin Health Promotion Center which became an important partner of the conference. Luo Xiaoqin, Deputy Director of the Organizing Committee of Global Health Forum, and Si Xinli, Director of Shanghai Tuoxin Health Promotion Center, signed the agreement on behalf of both parties.

The two parties will co-host the sub-forum of "Healthcare Leaders Summit" and the "High-end Resource Matching" salon at the 2nd Global Health Forum of Boao Forum for Asia to be held in Qingdao from June 2-4. The Summit aims to bring together policy leaders, standard makers, corporate managers, opinion leaders, investment institutions and professional media in China and abroad in the medical and health field to share the latest development trends in biotechnology, medical and health fields, and to discuss the background of the new era among the major challenges and new opportunities for the development of the industry. The Summit will jointly explore through the formulation of reasonable regulatory policies and economic models to boost R&D and applications with a new health ecological chain, and to promote cross-border exchanges and practical cooperation in the field of health, and relevant results, reports and initiatives will also be released.

As an important partner of Global Health Forum, Shanghai Tuoxin Health Promotion Center will work with the conference to create an independent brand IP " Healthcare Leaders Summit". Since 2021, the Healthcare Leaders Summit will be a regular sub-forum of Global Health Forum. The two sides will jointly build a top cooperation and exchange platform focusing on the medical and health care industry, promoting the development of the medical and health care industry in terms of policy discussion, academic exchange, project introduction, industry implementation and international expansion, so as to lead the healthy and sustainable development of the industry.
